1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery.
The product received is incorrect or different from the order.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Not have any physical damage caused by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or accidents.
Software, digital products, or downloadable content.
Products with broken seals or missing accessories.
Clearance, promotional, or special discount items unless defective.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Contact our customer support team.
Provide your order number and details of the issue.
Submit photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.
Wait for return approval instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent via bank transfer or mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If a product is found defective or damaged upon arrival, MobileDokani.com may offer:
Product replacement, subject to stock availability.
Exchange for a similar product.
Full refund if replacement is not available.
6. Warranty Claims
Products sold with manufacturer or brand warranty must be serviced according to the respective warranty terms and conditions. Warranty coverage does not automatically qualify a product for return or refund.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, damaged item), MobileDokani.com will bear the return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the return process will apply instead.
